Dear BITSians
AT BITSAA we have always recognized our high flyers, entrepreneurs, academicians and leaders. We believe it is the right time to recognize our next generation of rising stars, who will be the face of BITS Pilani in the decades to come. These are the people who will contribute significantly to the global community.
This award is dedicated to all those young BITSians who thought and acted differently, who challenged the status quo, rewrote the rules, and created their own paths. To the leaders, innovators, researchers, students, entertainers, entrepreneurs, winners, engineers, scientists and concerned samaritans who came from every corner of India. To the best examples of what it means to be a BITSian.
It is therefore appropriate that we honor them.
The "30 under 30" awards, to be given every 3 years willl recognize the top 30 BITsians under the age of 30 who have demonstrated excellence in their professional careers or otherwise.
The awards are open to all BITSians graduating from Pilani, Goa, Dubai as well as distance learning programs. We believe that the recognition that BITS Pilani bestows on its graduates will allow others to see the value we place in our talent. The recognition received here will translate into opportunities, inspiration, motivation –galvanizing generations of BITsians.
The categories under which the awards will be made have been listed below.
Best Regards
Anuradha Muralidharan
