BITSAA Impact:
Ravi Kiran Chirravuri:
I am Ravi Kiran, a graduate from
Pilani Campus with B.E (Hons.) in Computer
Science. Currently, I work as a
Software Engineer in Google, Mountain View, California. I wish to be able to
add something to this already well established search giant.
I'm very glad to receive the BITSAA scholarship.
It always gives great honor to be recognized and rewarded for one's
efforts. I was financially helped all through college by my
brother. Apart from that, I have been a Merit-cum-need recipient since my
first semester in college, which is probably the major reason that has made
things easy for my education at BITS. However, I wish to add that this
scholarship feels more special to me than any of them, as it has higher merit
criteria and is awarded to only a chosen few. I think scholarships like these,
are a very good initiative, which not only encourage a student to perform
better, but in the process also recognize his/her efforts and reward
him/her. I wish to take this chance to thank the Donor, BITSAA and
everyone else responsible for granting me this scholarship. I am clearly
indebted to my friends, family, and other well-wishers for their constant
support and unparalleled belief in me.
