BITSAA Impact
1) Nitan Hiran:
I belong to a middle class family from Udaipur,
Rajasthan. My dad runs a small company for
recording and distributing
Rajasthani folk music cassettes and CDs. My mother is a housewife and I have
two sisters who are now married. I would like to thank Mr. K. K. Rao, who
helped me finish my education. Without his help, I would have probably missed
such an opportunity of graduating from our alma mater - BITS Pilani.
I got placed in Larsen and Toubro Ltd. and I'm currently working as a Design
Engineer. I plan to go for an MBA after gaining two years of work experience in
the firm. I then plan to start my own business. Once I am financially sound, I
am sure that I will draw inspiration from alumni like Mr. K. K. Rao and will
like to return the favor by helping my juniors some years down the line so that
many more students can change their lives as I did.
