BITSAA Impact:
1. Siddharth Mohan
I
am Siddharth Mohan, a third year student of BE Mechanical at BITS Pilani.
Getting the scholarship means a lot to me as I hail from a middle-class
family. My father is a railway employee in Delhi who earns about Rs. 500,000
annually. My mother is a housewife. I plan to do MS after my BE as I am interested
in research and academics.
Receiving
a scholarship instituted by our own alumni has motivated and inspired me to do
my best in all my endeavors. I wish to express my heart-felt gratitude
to all the BITSAA donors. I salute you all for this wonderful initiative. Someday,
in the not so distant future, I too, hope to join your ranks and be a donor for
this scholarship. I, too, want to carry forward the example set by
you and give back to BITS and the country by helping meritorious
students. My best wishes and prayers are with you and your families.
