Emphasis on hands-on nature of involvement, efficiency and effectiveness. The community will be transformed into a model community - worthy of emulation by other. To identify a community in the affected region and carryout the following over a 3-5 year time frame * Infrastructure rebuilding- houses, community buildings, roads, overbridges * Livelihood growth * Health & Sanitation: Health centre, water purification systems, noon-meal scheme for children, medical camps * Education: school renovation, creating endowments etc * Trauma Care: Psychological counseling and rehab to lead a normal life * To integrate new technologies with existing agricultural practices for economic upliftment, employment generation and alleviating social and gender inequalities in the region.
