BITSAA Sydney Revival Picnic

As you may already know, we are making sincere efforts to revive the activities of BITSAA, Sydney. As part of this ongoing effort we are organizing a picnic. The details of the picnic are given below.

Please note that as we are organizing the takeaway from an Indian restaurant, once confirmed payment for the food would have to be made by the member even if they are unable to attend the picnic.

As our contact detail records are very old and we are still in the process of updating them, we may not be able to contact every member directly. However, if you know of any BITSIAN who may not have received information about the picnic, please do forward this email to him/her.
