Professionality and Spirituality get together in forming the amazing combination of success and passion. We take pride and pleasure in announcing that Dushyanth Sridhar launched an album of his discourses on the great epic Ramayana. This 24 year old Chemical Engineer from BITS Pilani is passionate about Vedas and has been studying Sanskrit scriptures and classical music for the last six years. This techie boy has a contemporary perspective of our great epics and tries to derive logic out of them, unlike receiving them with a mere mythological view.
The album Srimad Ramayanam is a set of six MP3 CDs which include 36 hours of discourse in English on the great epic. The Album was released at the Crosswords (Kempscorner) in Mumbai on 4th October, 2010 in the presence of Dr.Nitish Bharadwaj (Actor) and Sri S.Saranathan (VP, Reliance Industries).
Not just choosing a less straightforward approach to life, but Dushyanth has sent a great message across the globe that passion towards Vedas and contemporary education can be aimed at in a practical manner by striking a perfect balance between professional work and passion for Vedas.
We wish Sridhar great luck a bright future and congratulate him on a wonderful beginning!
Thanks All.
