BITSian on America's Greatest New Restaurant

Presenting the contestant of the NBC reality competition series, Mr. Sudhir Kandula! He deserves a big round of applause from the entire BITSian community. Sudhir is a software sales director and part owner of Village Tart and Permanent Brunch & Burger in New York City. His current job entails loads of travelling, so much that he eats out about 20 days every month.

Sudhir received bachelor of engineering degree from BITS Pilani and his masters from Michigan State University. As a minority owner of two restaurants, Sudhir is pursuing his passion to make a mark in the restaurant Business. His restaurant concept is called The Tiffin Box. The Tiffin Box is a Chipotle-enthused idea that brings fast, casual, balanced meals inspired by the traditional Indian tiffin box. And he has been calling his concept the "Indian Chipotle" for years, ever since he had his third meal at Chipotle.
