BITSians based in Dubai celebrated Holi in their style. On Friday, March 18th, 2011, residence of old time Dubai resident Mr Ashok Galgotia (1975 Batch) adorned a new look with BITSians celebrating the festival with loads of enthusiasm and relishing every moment of it.
Mr. Ashok has been organising Holi get together in Dubai since March 1989 and usually the celebrations were hosted at the Villa of Mr Bharat Narayan (1965 Batch).
Nearly thirty five alumni spanning from batches as old as 1965 to 2008 and now based in Dubai, took part in the festive celebrations. As expected most BITSians hovered around the Bar. Gujiyas and Ghewar followed by hot Chole Bhaturas were well appreciated. They had a great time singing and partying for the whole day. It was an absolutely fantastic day and so colourful a get together!
