"I believe I have been extremely fortunate in developing a passionate interest for science (and biology in particular), for which undoubtedly, BITS Pilani and the biological sciences faculty has played a major role. With constant encouragement to pursue internships, and gain as much exposure as possible, BITS has not only provided subject knowledge of the field that I am preparing to step into, but also familiarized me with this career path. The Prof. S.C Rastogi Merit Scholarship is yet another example of the encouragement and support that has been provided to students like me who plan to continue in the field of biological sciences and I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and honor. " - Ipshita
